I need a copy of an Invoice!
Please see the “contact us” link email us as much information as you can, ie: order number, ship to, name , and addresses and etc. Include an Email address or Fax number where to send the Invoice.

I need an item tomorrow do you ship overnight (Next Day Air)?
Yes. Our cutoff time is 2PM Central Standard Time If after 2PM, but before 4PM fax your confirmation to 888-519-9515 we will try our best to accommodate you as our pickup is around 4PM.

I need to Cancel or modify my Order!
If you wish to cancel your order please respond to the confirmation email you received when you placed the order. Please state you wish to cancel we will respond promptly.

If you wish to modify your order please again email us by responding to the confirmation email with the changes/additions you wish to make.

Can you use our UPS shipper number?
Sorry we do not ship third party as we cannot verify your Shipper number in real time. We also have received shipping charge backs and duty charge backs in the past.

Will you collect sales tax?
Only orders shipped to Missouri will be charged 8.488% sales tax. If you are in Missouri and buying items for resale or have a Tax Exempt status please fax your certificate to 888-519-9515 and we will remove the tax after the online order is placed. You can also put “tax Exempt” in the comments section on the checkout page. We will also email you a revised invoice.

When will my order ship?
We stock locally in house over 10,000 items 99% of all orders ship the same day if ordered online by 2 PM Central Standard time including Canada and 40.

I never received a confirmation email of my order.
Bogus or invalid email addresses will not receive confirmation or tracking information. If you made an error in your email address we can send you tracking as well as an invoice for your records just email us. You also may not of clicked the final place order button submit on the final checkout page if you return to our site it usually holds the shopping cart.

Did you receive my order?
When you place an order you should receive an immediate confirmation. To the email used to place the order. If not check your spam box or contact us

What is the order Status of my Order I placed?
We email tracking information the same or next business day Depending if you ordered before our 2PM cut off time. You can also check your status here This page is updated at various times of day and with tracking information when shipped.

How much is shipping?
We ship via Ground and Express which has a basic charge depending on zip code and weight. We have a ground special of $2.99 for up to 1/2 pound, $4.95 up to 1 pound, $6.99 up to 2 pounds for all 50 states after 2 pounds UPS real time rates apply.

We have a shipping calculator which can be accessed once an item is in the shopping cart. The calculator is below the shopping cart

We also have a Mini Cart at the top of the page where you can select shipping once an item is added. Select “Calculate shipping Costs” and do the same steps as above And then click “update shipping” you can use either to see express shipping options as 2 Day Air or Next Day air etc.

I am a local customer can I stop by to pick up my items?
We cannot permit traffic nor have a brick and mortar store. We cannot have any pickups due to Insurance and many other reasons if you order online before 2PM you will receive the next Business Day. No exceptions please don’t ask thank you

I am having a problem with the item I bought.
We have many vendors that have technical support via 800 numbers as well as the web. Please email us with your problem if we cannot help you we will email you the contact information for that vendor.

Can we get a quote on an item?
We understand that the Government and others require a quote on each item sometimes. Please email us or fax us and we will respond to your quote. All item pricing is on our website and is in real time.
