  1. Why should I buy from Trianglecables.com?
    We have been in business for years online since 1998 with over 90,000 orders (as of APR 2008) orders shipped Domestic as well as international to over 30 Countries.
  2. Will you collect sales tax?
    Only orders shipped to North Carolina will be charged 7% sales tax. If you are in NC and buying items for resale please fax your certificate.

    Fax to 919-367-8711 and we will remove the tax after the online order is placed.
  3. When will my order ship?
    We stock in-house over 1400 items 99% of all orders ship the same day if ordered online by 2PM Eastern Standard time including Canada.

  4. I never received a confirmation email of my order.
    Bogus or invalid email addresses will not receive confirmation or tracking information. If you made an error in your email address we can send
    you tracking as well as an invoice for your records just email us. You also may not of hit "submit order" on the final checkout page
    if you return to our site it usually holds the shopping cart.
  5. Why was my order canceled?
    Usually this is because you did not supply the correct billing address for the credit card used.

    Another reason is ordering outside the USA and not putting the correct country for the card used.
    We request this information via Email most of the time the day you placed your order.
    This is why a valid email address is very important. If we do not get a response within 7 days we
    cancel the order.
  6. How much is shipping?
    We ship via Ground and Express which has a basic charge for one pound depending on zip code.
    We have a shipping calculator which can be accessed once an item is in the shopping cart.

    The calculator is below the shopping cart enter your zipcode/Postal Code and click on "APPLY"
  7. I am a local customer can I stop buy to pick up my items?
    We have no local traffic or brick and mortar store. We cannot have any pickups if you order online
    before 2PM you will receive the next Business Day.
  8. I am having a problem with the item I bought.
    We have many vendors that have technical support via 800 numbers as well as the web. Please email us with your problem
    if we cannot help you we will email you the information for that vendor.
  9. We are from the US Government Can we get a quote on an item?
    We understand that the Government and others require a quote on each item sometimes.
    Please email us or fax us and we will respond to your quote. All items pricing is on our website

    in real time.
