  • Online Credit Cards:

    Place orders Online at our Secure Website hosted by Yahoo so you know your Information is Secure!
    We have over 80,000 orders with 100% Fraud
    Protection.

    This is our preferred method.
    You will receive an immediate order confirmation so you can review your submitted information for errors.
    Later when your order is shipped you will also receive an email when shipped with tracking information.
    We ship all online orders before 2PM EST.
    If you choose one of the Non online orders
    This will be processed the following day as it has to be Manually inputted and verified.

  • Phone Orders:

    We no longer accept phone orders

    We have other methods that you can use if you do not wish to use your Credit card online please read below.

    Fill our all your information like you were going to place
    an order online then print out the screen on your computer then fax over to 919-367-8711.
    Note you may have to change your printer settings
    to landscape.

  • Order Online Mail Payments:

    You may order online and Print out the final page with shipping information. You may mail your check or money orders to us. We reserve the right to hold checks till cleared prior to shipping.

  • Purchase orders:

    School and Government agencies ONLY.

    If you have a purchase order number and are paying via a credit card we will add the purchase order number to the packing list and label.
    Please include  the purchase order number on the Comments field on the checkout page.You may include an email address for tracking information
    if desired.

  • CODS:

    We do not accept any CODS orders

 


Trianglecables.com offers payment via credit cards, purchase orders(school and Government ONLY), company check, institutional check, company check, direct deposit, cashiers check, and money orders.(Checks must clear prior to shipping)  All prices are reflected in US $ and will be billed accordingly.Bank wires are subject to a $15 bank fee in addition to the order.


International customers  may view the current monetary exchange rates at: The Universal Currency Converter. Trianglecables.com bears no responsibility or liability of the exchange rate provided by The Universal Currency Converter. This is an option that is offered for your reference only. Customers will be responsible for any extra duties, customs, or tariffs upon entry into their country. All international orders are on a pre-paid basis only.

We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, American Express Corporate Purchasing Card (CPC), and Novus/Discover credit cards.

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Trianglecables.com

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number,and email address, address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing and shipment of your order.

MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS, PERSONAL CHECKS

Trianglecables.com accepts money orders or checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of the prepaid money order or checks. Trianglecables.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $40 fee on all returned checks.
Note: If necessary, we reserve the right to not ship until funds have been verified

We will be shipping only to the countries listed below.
If your country is not listed we may still ship with a
Bank wire or Western Union money Gram.

We only ship with our Heavily discounted FedEx account.
Which contains the brokerage fees in the shipping prices.
The customer is responsible for the Duty.
We adjust the commercial invoice to show $5-$20
Which in most cases avoids duty.

Trianglecables.com will offer a full product refund on any unopened product returned within the first 21 days of invoice. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

Our Original Inkjet cartridges cannot be returned once opened but do have a full manufacture's warranty see manufacture's website for details.
We also do not accept returns of:
All tools and testers
All Inkjet cartridges once opened
Cables that are unwound and not defective
that cannot be resold.
We off course will replace defective cables

No refunds after 21 days of invoice.



All items must be in "as-new" resellable condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards (not filled out), manuals, packaging and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial &/or complete forfeiture of your credit and a restocking fee.
Special orders are not refundable and items order with a quantity of 10 or more are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please do not use staples,tape or mail in original
box.


Trianglecables.com . will not accept any returns shipped freight COD or COD. If you ship items to us via us mail; please request proof of delivery.
Items must be in original packaging.

Shipping is never refundable.

R.M.A. FORM

This form is for Warranty & Damage Claims and Returns.  You must fill out one of these forms to get an R.M.A. number before you return your merchandise. 
If you return any merchandise without approval it will be refused and returned to you.
 

You will be notified by e-mail or fax within 48 hours.  If you do not give us a email or fax you can not be notified about your return.
